About
Our department was formed in 1962 by a group of concerned citizens. With the roots of volunteerism deep in Spanish Fort, we rely heavily on neighbors helping neighbors.
We currently have 50 members; operate 2 stations and 13 pieces of equipment.
Station 1 is located at 7580 Spanish Fort Blvd.
Station 2 is located at 10628 U.S. Hwy 31.
We are primarily funded by community donations, county wide ad valorem tax and contract services with the city of Spanish Fort.
